About
I have a long-standing commitment to our community, supported by a degree in substance use counseling, an undergraduate degree in social work, and a graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My diverse experience spans various settings, including long-term care, hospice, substance use services, the criminal justice system, and community mental health. I have delivered local and regional training sessions and presentations on the significance of relationships in youth support, as well as humanistic approaches to mental health and substance use.
My work is driven by a passion for social well-being, a commitment to self-determination, a deep appreciation for the human experience, and the value of meaningful connections.
In my personal life, I enjoy running, traveling, spending quality time with friends and family, and making music.
